Downey Chamber of Commerce – Event Ticket & Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By purchasing an event ticket, sponsorship, and/or submitting an event-related request through Downey Chamber of Commerce (“Downey Chamber,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- All ticket purchases are for a one-time event and are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the Downey Chamber of Commerce.
- Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice to the Chamber before the event date.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the ticket holder will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the ticket to a future event.
Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once confirmed and include the benefits outlined at the time of purchase. - The Downey Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, or schedule if necessary.
- By completing this purchase, the attendee agrees to comply with event policies and acknowledges that membership status may be verified when applicable.

By attending a Downey Chamber of Commerce event, you grant Downey Chamber of Commerce permission to photograph, record, and/or capture your likeness, voice, and participation during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms, without compensation or further approval.
